Tonya D. Lewis, LPN, NBC-HWC
Tonya has always had a heart for people and a desire to see them succeed. Having worked in the healthcare field for nearly two decades, she knows firsthand how crucial it is to make good choices when it comes to your health. As a Health & Wellness Coach for the past five years, she has partnered with over 100 individuals in their journey towards optimal wellness. Her approach is holistic, taking into account not just physical health but also mental and emotional well-being.

As a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and certified by the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Tonya offers a comprehensive approach to health coaching. Her focus is on empowering clients to take control of their health and achieve the lasting changes that will improve their quality of life.
Tonya brings a wealth of clinical and leadership experience to her role. She has been transforming people’s lives for years through her energetic and engaging presence. Tonya is a powerhouse motivational speaker that brings unparalleled enthusiasm and passion to every engagement, leaving attendees feeling empowered and motivated.

With nearly 20 years of being happily married to her high school sweetheart, Corey, and being dedicated to her role as a mother of five, Tonya knows firsthand the importance of having a positive mindset and unwavering perseverance. Corey and Tonya share two children and are also the legal guardians for three more, after the loss of their mother who was also Tonya's best friend.
Despite challenges faced, Tonya firmly believes in the power of positivity and mindfulness. As a mother of children with Autism, she is committed to being a strong advocate in her community. Along with her love for mindfulness and yoga practices, she enjoys discovering new recipes to cook, dancing, and reading. Her personal experiences have taught her about resilience and appreciation for the present moment, which she uses to motivate individuals to put their best foot forward.
